The service

We provide astrology services in the Tamil tradition, including marriage compatibility, horoscope preparation and reading, Kaandam reading and Muhurtham selection. Astrology is offered for guidance and cultural purposes. It is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

Your information

You are responsible for providing accurate birth details. Where the birth time is approximate or unknown, the astrologer will note any resulting limitations. Please upload only documents you are entitled to share.

Prices and payment

• The exact price, including any delivery fees and discounts, is shown before you pay.
• Payment is taken in full before work begins. Orders are confirmed only after the payment provider confirms payment.
• Custom (special) services are priced by quotation and are charged only after you accept the quotation.

Delivery

Delivery times are targets measured from confirmed payment. If we need more information from you, the time spent waiting for your reply is not counted. We will contact you if a delay is expected.

Reports

Reports are for your personal use. They are delivered through secure, expiring links on our website.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt to access other customers' information, or upload harmful files.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
