Refund Policy

Before work starts
If you cancel before an astrologer has started work on your order, you will receive a full refund.
After work has started
Once work has started, astrology services involve the astrologer's time and cannot always be refunded. Depending on progress, we may offer a partial refund. Completed reports are not refundable.
If we cannot deliver
If we are unable to provide the service — for example, if the required information cannot be obtained — we will refund the amount for the undelivered part.
Urgent delivery
If we miss the urgent-delivery target for reasons within our control, we will refund the urgent delivery fee.
Duplicate payments
If you are accidentally charged twice for the same order, the duplicate payment will be refunded in full.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider. The time for the money to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
